Returns for exchange are permitted ONLY in the case of defective merchandise must be initiated by the customer within 10 calendar days. To request a Return Merchandise Number (NM#), please call (315) 370-7878. All merchandise received without an RM# will be refused. PRODUCT CONDITION: Products must be returned for exchange in NEW condition as shipped. Items must be at their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. PACKING AND SHIPPING: Please include copies of all emails, payment history and the eBay auction number as well as full contact information in the package. Print the RM# on ALL SIDES of the package. Packages without a visible RM# will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. WE WILL ONLY HONOR EXCHANGES. * If an uninsured item is not received within two weeks after the item is shipped, the item is considered as lost and we are not obligated to replace the item |
